Mock Chicken Salad

Recipe ingredients 
8 oz tempeh    
2 Tbs vegan mayonnaise     
2 Tbs fresh parsley, minced             
1 celery stalk, finely chopped          
1 small onion, minced          
1 tsp mustard              
1 tsp soy sauce          
1 dash garlic powder          

 

Recipe directions

Steam tempeh for 20 minutes and allow to cool. Cut into cubes slightly smaller than 1/2 inch. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix.
