8 oz tempeh strips
1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
4 Tbs oil
1/4 tsp salt
Recipe directions
Put the oil and garlic in a skillet and fry the tempeh strips on both sides until crispy and golden brown. Sprinkle with the salt.
Can be eaten as such as a snack with ketchup, used as ingredient in other recipes or eaten in a sandwich like a TLT (tempeh, lettuce and tomato) sandwich.
