Recipe ingredients
8 oz tempeh strips (or cubed tempeh)
3 Tbs vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tsp chopped fresh chili
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tablespoons chopped spring onions
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe directions
In a pan heat oil and fry the tempeh strips until golden brown and crisp. Add onions and garlic and fry over low heat until soft.
Add chili and ground spices and fry for a minute longer. Add salt, pepper and spring onions.
Serve with rice.
