We’re on a mission to supply top quality tempeh to our customers.  If for some reason you are not satisified with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return/refund.

If shipping took longer than expected and your order arrived spoiled, please let us know as soon as possible and we will explore options to fix the problem.
