Our tempeh is tighly packed in an insulated box and shipped using methods that will arrive in 1-2 days to maintain freshness. Though some thawing may occur during shipping, your tempeh will be fine to freeze when it arrives.
If you find that there was a shipping delay and your order arrived spoiled or not cold, please contact us to arrange a refund or another shipping attempt.
